Venice, is one of the finest and most unique cities in the world, and also themain destination for tourists to be a must-see sights. Venice is located in the north Italy, about 2.5 hours from 3.5 hours from Milan or Rome by using speed boats. Venice has a variety of unique names, such as 'The Floating City', 'City of Water', 'City of Bridges' and 'City of Canals', this is because the Veniceflooded and is located in northern Italy where the area is the island wherebetween the islands with other islands connected by bridges and canal-canal,where they use large and small boats as a means of transportation. veniceBrazilians is also one of the cities in Europe that is free from motorizedvehicles or car free area. And is also known as the 'City of Masks' where for a week, always held the festival every year where people dress like in medieval times and wear a mask. The view is very pity to miss, because theatmosphere felt very different from other months.
The buildings in Venice, is the old buildings, and somewhat similar to eachother. But do not get me wrong, did their buildings look old, but there aresome buildings, especially hotels, which are designed interior inside amodern interior that also does not leave the impression of Venice in it. If latelyyou've watched the movie 'The Tourist', starring Angelina Jolie and JohnnyDepp, will recall one scene where they were staying in a hotel called the HotelDanieli is a very famous, the building seemed old-fashioned, but the interior is very beautiful in it . When out of the hotel, you'll find the corridors and alleywaysin every segment of the course. And for you that forgetful, would be very easy to get lost. Like the time I visit there, I got lost a couple of hours just to find away back home, and aggravated because I only speak English, and most people do not use English Italy. But I enjoy the hours when I lost it, because the sight that I encountered were very beautiful. So I do not regret getting lost inVenice.
If you want to shop or just window shopping, go to the Rialto Bridge andPiazza San Marco, where there are many boutiques of international brandsand also shops that sell unique souvenirs typical of Venice. Do not forget to trya gondola ride, a typical classic Venice boat normally used for weddings, funerals or other ceremonies, which are now frequently used by tourists down the river in Venice and enjoy the view there. Ask the gondoliers, or a persondriving a gondola to get through the Bridge of Sighs and the Grand Canal, which is one of the most sought after tourist destination by the tourists. And also visit to St. Mark's Basilican and Piazza San Marco, it was a historicplace and has the interior of the building which is magnificent. Viaggio Sicuro,Andiamo Let's Get Lost in Venetia!
